Finally, one paper down.. one last one to go!!!

I;m so happy.. coz I'm only left with one more year of study.. and only 30 cu left.. instead of 40. Meaning, i only need to take 3 modules next sem.. and final sem, 2 modules.. coz last module, strategy is a 10cu course.

Modules for next sem:
- Multivariate analysis (project)
- Services marketing (Exams)
- How to set up and manage a business (project)

Only 1 exam next sem and one module lesser. I'm a happy girl!! I can endure it through, one more yr only!!!!!

Hhaa.. i wasnt like this few days ago. Or maybe even up till yest. Was feeling so demoralised, cant finish studying my consumer behaviour paper, which is today.. (I just finished my paper). So many things to remember.. 7 steps of decision process, attitudes, motivation, demographics, values, knowledge, social groups, children market.. and alot more. sucks man!!!!!!!! Study textbook.. yeah, but the more i study the more i forget the points.. Hmm, so for my next exam, Marketing communications, which is on tues, i'm only gonna focus on notes.. Textbook, i shall see how la.

Oh ya, my 2nd appointment is tmr!!!! :)

I know i'm lagging in photos.. i have alot alot of photos to upload!! Pls be patient ya.. i promise to upload after i finish my paper next tues... coz i'm a free girl then!!! At least all the way till end jan 08. Will have lots of activities, so more photos to upload too.. Stay tune!!

I'll be going to Bangkok tmr!!!

Like again.. haha.

Hopefully when i'm back, wont be too lazy to upload the photographs. Might be meeting chris too.. she's there one day earlier than me with her friends. Nope, this is not planned. Just a coincident. So we thought, why not meet up for drinks? :)

Was thinking if i should change from blogger to multiply, where i'll just load those pictures. But, that will mean all my past entries for here will be gone. hmm... had this blog for almost 3 yrs? *heart pain*

Pretty busy these few days. With quiz, projects coming up..
Plans for ROM. actually not much planning. My friends are like more anxious than i was. Ha!

Oh ya.. the owner for the house i bought has found a place.. so the first appointment for us will most prob be on 9 Oct 07.. 4 days after the ROM. Hmm.. oct.. full of events.

Little things might change starting from Sept.. hopefully its for the better.. And we can do what we would like to do to the house sooner. :)

I went to St James last sat.. after going to a pub at neil street to 'celebrate' Karen's birthday. "celebrate" is becoz we only go there and sit by ourselves and play.. when karen is here, we are ready to go. Stanrick proceeded to play pools with his friend while i went St James with Lynn and Lilian.
Went to all clubs.. etc dragonfly. Been there once in Feb. Bad impression. Very crowded in all clubs.. lots of ang mos.. but i didnt quite enjoy myself. Maybe its the music? Or maybe i'm just too used to double old. Or maybe i'm too old.. to even club or dance. Stayed for only 1+ hour.. Stanrick came fetch me and we went home. Was home at 3am and i was like dead beat. Haha.. yah, i'm really like old.. If u compare to those who can stay till 6am..

Collected the wedding bands today. Hmm... feels kind of funny. I'm going for ROM soon. On 05 Oct 07. Just a simply thing inside.. with parents. Will be having either a drinking session on that night itself with friends or a chalet the next day.

Wedding dinner will most prob only be in 2009.

Its like so unexpected, all of a sudden.

Nay nay.. nothing happened to me. Not shot gun. ^_^

We bought a 5 room flat at CCK. So, thats why the rush for ROM..
Anyway, even my dad is pleased with this flat we bought. At least its kinda big, no west sun.. and the money above valuation is reasonable.

But, all these are stressing me out. 17k above valuation, 3k+ for agent.. money for renovations.. ROM. Wah, wonder how long later before all these can be cleared and i will be stress free again.

Lesson is starting again, next thurs.. assignment stress coming up again. Help!!!!

Oh ya, i did a very fun thing last sat. I went cycling at pulau Ubin!! I know i know.. dengue fever. Ha! But we still went.. cycling in the rain, full of mud, the slopes..uphill and downhill.. tiring but fun. Not forgetting the coconut drinks and the ghost stories, and my fall. Ya, i fell while turning back to look at stanrick, to make sure he didnt cycle over a dead rat. Luckily, no injuries. Stanrick still thought his wedding is going to be gone. Rushed down from his bike and ran over.. telling me i fell in a slow motion manner. Truth is, i really feel is slow motion. Something is holding me back? U know, i could have rolled down the slope or something. Inside, i didnt even bleed or have any injuries. Funny?

Stanrick's colleague are a fun bunch of pple. Too bad we cant stay overnight. I hope to do more of these again. Took photos but lazy to update. Will do it next time.

I must do something more to push myself to achieve what i want. :)

A very tiring sat for me..

Went to lot1 on friday after my work to collect my ring as we sent it for resetting. Headed back to stanrick's place to accompany his granny. Woke up so early on sat morning. 8.30am!!! Zzzzz...

Went over to town at 11+am. Wow, it was already crowded. GSS.. hmm.. Wanted to buy clothes, but couldnt see any, and my time's limited. Both of us just bought a perfume each. Rushed back to his place at around 2+pm.. had lunch and went out again. Had appointment with agent at 3.45pm. His granny came along with us too. Viewed a total of abt 8 houses. There's one we quite like, and its near my parents place. But considering if we shld make an offer and how much, since the valuation will only be out next week.. Going to view 4 more houses tmr first.

Called Peter uncle to ask and well, its always nice to have someone so knowledgeable abt property to guide u along.. Shall wait for tmr to make an offer to 'test water'. ha...

After that, sent his granny to his aunt's place before rushing home, yet again, to change and went over to bukit panjang plaza, to get tennis balls. Reached Sam's place at 7.30pm and played tennis till 9.30pm. Yeah, i guess i'm slowly getting the hang of it, though not an expert.. but practise makes perfect!! Anyway, its a good sports.. :)

Went for dinner after that at bukit timah and then headed home.. was real tired.
We came to a conclusion that both of us are stressed over these things, as both of us are not in the best of moods. Everything's being pushed forward. Its like IF we really get the house, we have to ROM soon.. hmm.. everything's so fast. Lets just leave it to fate if we manage to get the house. Coz if we dont, we'll do somemore hunting around, though not as much as now.. We'll just slowly wait for the bi-monthly sales in Oct, where we'll go thru the queueing for numbers, balloting and then see how. If we dont get it in Oct.. will wait for April's bi-monthly.. then things will slow down and go according to actual plan.
Right now we're rushing because we dont want to my dad to say this some years down the road. - "see? told u all to hurry but u all didnt."
At least if we didnt get the house, we can tell him we did try but its just that its not successful. :) It will also do our hearts good as we wont regret anything next time.

But, at least.. we're prepared if things are really moving in the fast forward mode.

Now to a lighter note.. Had Muthu curry at suntec with stanrick, Sam and pam on sat.. ordered quite alot.. and the food there is nice!!!!!!! Watched shrek 3 too.. hmm, ok show. :)

Its nice going out with them.. i mean, i can really talk to Pam.. such a nice girl.. Sam, u're lucky!! She was worried i wouldnt like the show.. keep asking me if i'm alright. haha.

Its really been very healthy lifestyle for me.. I mean, i'm either with my family.. off to stanrick's house or his aunt's place.. or out with the couple. No drinkings or anything at all. Not even a little. As you can see from my blog, almost 2 months i've not been clubbing. Is it a Wow or what? haha..

Growing up is a stressful stage. You have to think of marriage, house etc...

Been thinking of getting a home for the both of us. Was looking around CCK area.. My dad's nagging me.. want to buy faster buy.. later prices keep going up.. worse.

We're thinking of getting a resale flat and prob near my parents. Was looking at the open market.. this sat will be going house viewing again. But problem with resale flat is that you have to fork out the value the owner is asking, that is above valuation in CASH. We saw a unit.. valuation at 236k.. but owner asking for 260k.. that is 24k in cash??!!! omg...

I mean, i'm still studying.. stanrick has only worked for a year, then need to finance for his car.. hai..

Buying a house is definately a problem.. But we still have to go thru it.. Hopefully the ERA agent can get us better deals. Otherwise prob have to wait till Oct for the bi-monthly sales from HDB.

Just hope my dad dont nag at me again..... Ya ya.. i know. Price is going up. But wat to do???
