Major mistake for me.... today already came back to office to work.. should have took one more day's off... i'm so so tired!!! dragged myself to work today... *yawNZ*
Here are the updates over my past 5 days...
DAY 1:
I met Selena at the macdonald's near my place(beside the CC)for breakfast at 9.15am.. Ivy joined us halfway.. We gathered in front of the CC at 9.45am.. together with my 'jiu po' , 'jiu gong', Auntie Ping, Wanting(Auntie Ping's daughter), and Auntie Jane's good friend, Vivien and her family.. which consists of her mum, her sis(Li Zhen), Lizhen's husband(Wan xiang), Lizhen's son(Sern Jie), younger son-baby boy(Sern yi) and their maid.. Went up to the bus and went to Palm garden's, Auntie Jane's house to fetch her, Kelvin Uncle, Yan Ying, Yang Zhi and their maid- Hazel..
Then, off we go.. to the airport.. Reached airport at around 11am.. walked around and everything.. went to the check in counter at abt 12noon.. our flight is at 1pm..
Finally, arrived at bangkok at abt 3.15pm.. Bangkok time is 2.15pm.. went to collect our luggage and met up with our tour guide, Joyce. All of us are actually abit pissed off coz the service of the staffs at the bangkok airport are very slow... haiz.. We went up the coach and made our way to our hotel..
Patuwan Princess Hotel(Dont know spell correct or not).. got our welcome drink and then proceed to our rooms.. When everything is settled and we went into our room, it is abt 5.30pm.. Then Selena, Ivy and i went ahead, to the MBK shopping centre to do our shopping.. we only shop there for a while.. becoz we were planning to go to the chinatown for food and the night market for shopping.. we went back to the hotel lobby and boarded a cab.. the taxi driver in bangkok are really attitude man.. thought the 3 of us are good to bully.. he agreed to go by meter in front of the hotel staff.. but when we made a turn out, he actually told us we have to pay 150baht to go to the night market.. and he turned off the meter.. kaoz!! we were like so damn angry.. didnt agree and got down the cab.. walked back to the hotel and got another cab.. as we are quite hungry already, we decided to go to chinatown for food first before going to the night market.. this time, at least the cab driver is better.. it only cost us 51baht to chinatown.. The 3 of us really ate alot.. we ordered egg fried rice, crabs, oysters, tom yam soup, veggie, bird nest and shark fins... haha.. after our very full dinner, we proceed to the night market.. By day 1, i've bought 2 tshirts, 1 sunglass, 1 pair of shoes for myself.. i've bought 1 cute boxer, 1 shorts, 1 tshirt, 1 shirt for Stanrick.. i've bought 1 shorts for my brother.. by the time we went back to hotel.. it's already 12+am.. Bangkok time..
DAY 2:
Woke up at 6.15am.. the 3 of us took our turns to bathe and went down for breakfast.. we got to check out and meet the tour guide at 8am.. As usual, Uncle kelvin and Auntie Jane is the last to arrive as everyone says that Uncle Kelvin has rubber band timing.. *lol* Met up with joyce and went up to the coach.. on our way to Pattaya!! The ride took abt 2 hours to reach a factory manufacturing and selling of jewelleries.. we were supposed to visit that factory and a Jam and a leather factory.. however we only visited the jewellery factory.. I was very angry at the jewellery factory.. coz stanrick called me and told me he's having his lunch.. then he told me that my hp- which is with him.. dropped into his pond when he's wearing his stocks this morning.. i was really angry!! I know its an accident.. but he could have told me earlier when he called me in the morning.. and he should have taken good care of my phone.. arrghh.. then we went to have lunch-- err.. quite standard.. not very nice.. and went to see the crocodile and tiger show.. after that.. took the coach again and reach pattaya's hotel at abt 5+pm. Checked in.. was planning to take a bath first before meeting the tour guide at 6.30pm.. however, this hotel was like.. yuckz!! Ivy had a habit of filling up the bath tube with hot water first.. to sort of wash it.. before letting off the water.. when i was filling up the bath tube.. it was like.. yuckz! the water is slightly yellowish in color.. and the worst thing is.. we couldnt turn off the water.. we called room service for 2 times.. but no one came.. i went to the reception to get the adapter to charge my hp.. they say they will send up.. but didnt.. then told me no more already when i went to ask again.. kaoz!! the services is damn lousy.. it really dampened my mood.. in the end.. we checked the water again.. by pouring into the cup.. its white.. think its ok.. only the bath tube is dirty.. we didnt get to bathe.. just wash our face and went downstairs to meet joyce.. went for dinner again.. its sort of almost the same food as the ones we had in the afternoon.. then went to see the 'ah gua' show.. Its really very boring.. just singing and dancing.. i fell asleep for a while in the theather.. haha.. But i have to admit.. they are really very beautiful.. Me+Selena+Ivy also took photo with one of them.. Shall post up the pictures soon..
Then, we went back to the hotel.. Its already 10pm.. some of them are hungry.. so we went to 7eleven's to buy some drinks and eat cup noodles.. haha.. turning into a pig soon.. Went back to our room.. and guess wat? The water is not off yet.. and the whole room is like steaming.. kaoz.. called them 3 times and didnt come up at all.. lousy man.. then Selena got angry.. called again and they finally came.. we were lucky.. becoz.. Auntie Ping is scared of sleeping alone with Wanting.. so they went to sleep with my 'jiu gong', 'jiu po'.. and we took their room.. which is next to ours.. to bathe and to sleep there for the nite... Went to sleep only at abt 12+am...
DAY 3:
Woke up again at 6+am.. Was abit pissed off with Ivy over bathing things.. she's even scared to be alone outside while i closed the door to bathe.. ask me to open the door.. haiz.. in the end i ask her to go over to our room(i was bathing in Auntie Ping's room)to join selena and bathe.. We took our breakfast.. and was on our way to coral island.. Very little people went only.. Me, Selena, Ivy, Yan Ying, Yan Zhi, Sern Jie, Wan Xiang, Auntie Jane, Auntie Ping, Uncle Kelvin and Wanting went.. we took a speed boat there.. wow.. the island is beautiful.. the sand is very fine.. the water is very clear.. they went to play water sports and the three of us relax around(didnt want to wet ourselves) and did some shopping.. the two of them did some temporary tattoos.. At coral island, i bought a pink tshirt, a seashell necklace for myself.. I bought a seashell photo frame for stanrick and some seashell souvenirs for staffs of All-In Printing and my brother's gf.. Took the speedboat back to pattaya and the coach back to our hotel.. its already 11.45am by then.. we need to gather at abt 12.45pm.. Had our lunch at the hotel.. around the same food as the previous day.. but more variety and the taste is better.. Then, its to a thai village to see elephant show and thai dancing.. Me and Selena decided to skip that.. we're pretty tired.. so we went up to our room to rest for a while.. then decided to go walk around and do some shopping..We left our room at abt 2.15pm.. walked around and entered this big departmental store.. Over there, i've bought a red sweather for myself.. A wallet for my mummy.. A tshirt and a long sleeves shirt for stanrick and a tshirt for my brother.. Then we hurried back and reached our hotel at abt 4.15pm.. Took our turns to bathe.. pack our things and laze on the bed to wait for Ivy to come back.. She came back at abt 5+pm.. We played with Yan Ying and Yangzhi in our room till abt 6.45pm before gathering to go for our seafood dinner.. We managed to see some fire works as its the King's birthday.. The seafood dinner is at a restaurant near the seaside... I didnt eat much.. feel that i'm growing fat.. =X The dinner is a treat given by Uncle Kelvin and Auntie Jane, as its their 10years anniversary.. After dinner.. we walked around with the tour guide.. Then Uncle Kelvin bought flowers for Auntie Jane, under the influence of Vivien.. Auntie Jane wanted to walk away to hide.. she's quite paishe.. and uncle kelvin was like.. :"sweetheart.." and passed the flowers to her.. Then they took photo with auntie jane posting to kiss uncle kelvin... but only on the cheeks.. haha.. After that, sad to say.. the 3 of us wandered out of the group.. so we did some shopping on our own.. I bought 1 lighter and a bracelet for stanrick and a necklace for my brother.. We lost of way.. as all the streets seems familiar.. was like walking around in circles.. finally finally... we asked one of the guy and managed to find our hotel.. i was so damn tired.. Went to bathe then concuss at abt 12+am...
DAY 4:
Again, have to wake up at 6+am.. i didnt sleep well.. its my turn to sleep in the center.. we combined our beds(2 of them)and took turns to sleep in the center.. Actually i hate sleeping in the center.. like no space to move around.. then this Ivy.. keep sleeping close to me.. guess she's scared.. and the air corn is so damn cold.. i kept waking up in the middle of the nite.. Selena didnt sleep too well too i think.. she's very cold.. in the end.. She and Ivy went down for breakfast first without bathing... and i stayed at the hotel room to bathe first.. then they came up to bathe.. i went down for breakfast with my 'jiu gong' and 'jiu po'... Wanting is sick... having fever and vomitted... so when we checked out at 8am, the tour guide brought us to the hospital where Wanting see the doctor.. the rest of us waited inside the coach.. this delayed our trip... We spent abt 1+hour waiting and then by the time we travel to Dream World, which is south of Pattaya, its already close to 1pm.. Had lunch there.. not bad.. buffet style... and went to play the games.. but its very very crowded.. king's birthday.. everyone's not working... the queue for every game/ride is very long.... so we went to see the hollywood movie.. then yan ying, yang zhi and Uncle Kelvin went to play abt 2 rides.. Me, Selena and Ivy.. slacked at the KFC.. coz selena wanna try the food there... Supposed to meet the tour guide at 4pm.. but they delayed until 4.45pm.. haiz.. Took the coach again.. to go back to bangkok... Actually the plan was to go to see the 'SI MIAN FO' and to eat shark fin.. in the end.. they wanted to go straight back to hotel.. some of them are tired.. and Yang Zhi has grown quiet.. he's scared.. coz he went to see the huanted mansion.. think he's still too young.. 6 years old... By the time we reached the Patuwan Princess hotel, had our welcome drink and check into our room, its already 5+pm.. closed to 6pm.. No time to bathe again.. just waste our face and went out.. 'jiu gong' and 'jiu po' actually wanted to go shopping with us.. coz they didnt get to buy anything at all.. except for the wallet 'jiu gong' bought at Pattaya.. but Auntie Jane ask them to follow her to eat Thai food.. too bad.. so the three of us went down to MBK and had our dinner in a japanese restaurant.. the food there are cheap and nice.. imagine.. 100baht for a set meal..wow.. abt $4 for a meal!!! By the time we finished dinner.. 7.30pm... went to shop... had to do it quick.. coz the shopping centre closes at 9pm.. i bought a shirt for my daddy and a bag for my mummy... wanted to go see shoes... but too bad.. i got lost with Ivy and Selena.. dont know where the hell are they.. walked 2 rounds the whole of level 3 still didnt see them.. in the end.. went back to the hotel myself... They came back at abt 9+pm.. bought quite alot of things.. Ivy was like giving me abit of attitude.. saying why i dont have her no.. Coz i didnt bring my hp there.. that's why i dont have all the contacts.. cant she call me? Then asked if I've called Auntie Jane they all to let them know i'm back.. told her i havent.. and she called.. but no one picked up.. guess they're not back yet.. coz its still very early.. only 9+pm.. think she must have feel that i'm very spoilt.. she must make the phone calls for me.. but its not i just feel that its still very early.. what for call them... we can go look for them later... *shake head* But after that alright already ba... i didnt sleep with selena and ivy tonite.. went to sleep with my 'jiu gong' coz he's sleeping alone.. my 'jiu po' sleeping with Auntie Ping and Wanting.. Went to find them.. help them to call room massage.. and 'jiu po' is really quite open minded.. dare to strip infront of us.. hahaha.. so funny.. then we went to tell Uncle Kelvin and Auntie Jane.. they were like keep laughing and Auntie Jane KPO.. went in to see... =X Went into my room to pack all my things.. trying to squeeze them into my luggage and sling bag... then talked abit of craps with the girls and went to find my 'jiu gong' to sleep at 12+am.. by then.. he's already sound asleep....
DAY 5:
Dont need to meet at 8am le.. only have to check out by 12noon.. so i get to sleep abit later.. woke up at 7.15am by 'jiu po's' knocks at the door... then 'jiu gong' went for his bathe followed by me... chatted with 'jiu po' for a while and i was very surprised she still remembers the things i said to her when i was young... Was actually very touched.. and quite sad when i see her taking medicine.. for diabetics.. there's alot of food she cant eat... I looked at her clearly when she sat infront of the mirror blowing her hair.. she has aged.. ive grown up.. but i still love her the same... I will never forget how she took care of me when i'm young... She told me she feel like going to see 'SI MIAN FO' but becoz this trip is paid by Auntie Jane, she has no right to request.. but next time if she got money, she'll come by herself to see it.... From then, i told myself.. next time if i organise trip for my mummy, i'll ASK her what she wants and not make my own decision... I took my bath and went back to my room to pack my luggage and look for the girls.. 'jiu gong' and 'jiu po' went down for breakfast... heard from hazel that Yangzhi is sick.. with fever... :( We went down for breakfast.. laze around and waited for the shopping centre to open.. took 'jiu po' and 'jiu gong' to level 6 of MBK.. they want to buy shorts and tshirts.. yesterday i saw that the place might have the clothes they want... In the end, i bought a 3/4 shorts, a shorts, a green tshirt, 2 bags for myself.. a long sleeves shirt for my brother and some hair bands and rubber bands for yan ying as she's following me around.... 'Jiu gong' didnt buy anything and 'jiu po' managed to buy some tshirts for herself.. at least something i guess... if not she's saying she didnt get to buy anything... they went back to the hotel at 11am.. while me, Selena, Yan Ying and Ivy went to level 1 to continue 15 more minutes of shopping.. then i left with yan ying.. to bring her back to her room... Checked out at closed to 12noon.. from then.. took the coach back to the airport.. went to have a quick lunch.. we're taking the 3pm flight.. Singapore is 4pm le.. by the time i reached singapore is 6.20pm.. collect luggage and everything, buy duty free things and boarded the bus.. by the time i reached back to CC, its already closed to 8pm.. my poor baby has been waiting for me since abt 6.30pm.. We went back to my room and unpack everything together... he's so sweet and smart looking at the same time... wearing those business wear of his... hahaha.. hope u like the things i've bought for u... Didnt manage to talk to my mummy and daddy yet... hope they like the things i've bought them too.. esp my daddy.. dont know if he can wear his shirt....
Anyway, this trip to bangkok has been quite fun.... except i find that its too rush.. doesnt have much of our own time to shop... I'm happy and sad at the same time when i'm back in singapore... Happy becoz home sweet home.. singapore is cleaner and i can get to see my family members and stanrick.. Sad becoz i've got to come back to work and face all the work loads etc...
