i dont like it when pple discuss me behind my back. Esp if its something they are not quite sure abt me.

Called Selena up and clarify things yesterday. Hmm.. sometimes dont understand pple. Take ivy for example. If her work is not up to standard, how to ask for pay increment? Even if she got a better offer, it doesnt mean she will be up to standard there. Things are like this.. pple employ you but they dont know ur working standard. If u cant fit that standard, they will just fire you no matter how high ur pay is. Anyway, what i'm trying to say here is.. how much is ur pay depends on how much work you have to do. There's no free lunch in this world.

Jane is already very kind to give that kind of pay. Every work requires OT or whatsoever.. So dont grumble and dont drag me into the picture. Want pay increment just do ur best and ASK!! If they feel u deserve it, they will give it to u. Dont have to compare.

Hope i can my point clear because it irritates me that you dont know wat kind of shit i'm doing or going thru at work and just presume "oh.. her pay is good.. her benefits are good etc.." Every work has it pros and its cons. Urs is so good for bonus. Do i compare?
