Growing up is a stressful stage. You have to think of marriage, house etc...

Been thinking of getting a home for the both of us. Was looking around CCK area.. My dad's nagging me.. want to buy faster buy.. later prices keep going up.. worse.

We're thinking of getting a resale flat and prob near my parents. Was looking at the open market.. this sat will be going house viewing again. But problem with resale flat is that you have to fork out the value the owner is asking, that is above valuation in CASH. We saw a unit.. valuation at 236k.. but owner asking for 260k.. that is 24k in cash??!!! omg...

I mean, i'm still studying.. stanrick has only worked for a year, then need to finance for his car.. hai..

Buying a house is definately a problem.. But we still have to go thru it.. Hopefully the ERA agent can get us better deals. Otherwise prob have to wait till Oct for the bi-monthly sales from HDB.

Just hope my dad dont nag at me again..... Ya ya.. i know. Price is going up. But wat to do???
