A very tiring sat for me..

Went to lot1 on friday after my work to collect my ring as we sent it for resetting. Headed back to stanrick's place to accompany his granny. Woke up so early on sat morning. 8.30am!!! Zzzzz...

Went over to town at 11+am. Wow, it was already crowded. GSS.. hmm.. Wanted to buy clothes, but couldnt see any, and my time's limited. Both of us just bought a perfume each. Rushed back to his place at around 2+pm.. had lunch and went out again. Had appointment with agent at 3.45pm. His granny came along with us too. Viewed a total of abt 8 houses. There's one we quite like, and its near my parents place. But considering if we shld make an offer and how much, since the valuation will only be out next week.. Going to view 4 more houses tmr first.

Called Peter uncle to ask and well, its always nice to have someone so knowledgeable abt property to guide u along.. Shall wait for tmr to make an offer to 'test water'. ha...

After that, sent his granny to his aunt's place before rushing home, yet again, to change and went over to bukit panjang plaza, to get tennis balls. Reached Sam's place at 7.30pm and played tennis till 9.30pm. Yeah, i guess i'm slowly getting the hang of it, though not an expert.. but practise makes perfect!! Anyway, its a good sports.. :)

Went for dinner after that at bukit timah and then headed home.. was real tired.
We came to a conclusion that both of us are stressed over these things, as both of us are not in the best of moods. Everything's being pushed forward. Its like IF we really get the house, we have to ROM soon.. hmm.. everything's so fast. Lets just leave it to fate if we manage to get the house. Coz if we dont, we'll do somemore hunting around, though not as much as now.. We'll just slowly wait for the bi-monthly sales in Oct, where we'll go thru the queueing for numbers, balloting and then see how. If we dont get it in Oct.. will wait for April's bi-monthly.. then things will slow down and go according to actual plan.
Right now we're rushing because we dont want to my dad to say this some years down the road. - "see? told u all to hurry but u all didnt."
At least if we didnt get the house, we can tell him we did try but its just that its not successful. :) It will also do our hearts good as we wont regret anything next time.

But, at least.. we're prepared if things are really moving in the fast forward mode.
